Welcome to inmanfarm.com, the official website for Minter's Farm and Inman Farm Heritage Days.

The start of the new year has come and gone and we have many things to do to prepare ourselves for the next growing seasons. Soil preparation is being done for the new muscadines and blackberries that will be put in the ground soon. The Christmas trees are being trimmed for the next years to come in order to establish a great tapered look. We are looking forward to a new, organized way of farming this year with many interesting varieties of foods and fruits available. Keep us in mind thoughout the year for your homegrown produce needs.

On the farm front, we have our greens in now. There are beautiful, big collards ($1.50/bunch) and also turnip and mustard greens available ($5/half-bushel and $10/bushel). The kale is starting to come in and is ready as well ($1.50/bunch).

Go ahead and mark your calendars for the two major events on the farm this year: the 3rd Annual Inman Antique Truck Show will take place on Saturday, June 2, 2012 and the 16th Annual Inman Farm Heritage Days will take place on September 21-23, 2012 (the third Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the month). We look forward to these events each year and can't wait to see everyone again!
